- 1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Pour the milk, Sugar, and cocoa powder into a small pan. Stirring frequently, heat over medium/medium-low heat until warm but not boiling. Add the chocolate chips to the milk and continue whisking until they melt. Whisk in vanilla extract and serve immediately.
