Instructions For dry fruits laddu recipe
Set your oven temperature to 180 degrees Celsius or 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place all three nuts on a baking pan and roast them for 5-10 minutes.
The nuts will become toasted. Let them cool down a little.
You can toast the nuts in a pan if you do not have an oven.
They should be roasted for 5-10 minutes on medium heat until nicely toasted.
Let them cool on a plate. You can now crush them in your blender.
Now, take your dates and coarsely crush them.
Heat a nonstick skillet. Stir the dates into the pan after adding them. No oil is needed.
Add the Coconut, crushed nuts, and tutti-fruity.
Mix well. Continue stirring. The mixture will form into a ball at a certain point, transfer the contents to a different bowl, and separate them from the original container.
Make sure all the contents are entirely transferred to the new bowl. Let it cool down. Grease your hands with ghee.
Take small portions of the mixture. Form into small balls and place on a plate.
Optional: Roll these ladoos with desiccated Coconut if you like. Store these ladoos airtight.
